feeling a bit happier now that psycho presentation is over, econs handed up and crim law test over. basically, just have to perfect our tort report and psycho test too, then i can relax before its time for exams.

crim law test? horrid. sigh. i was late. and like. you never ever ever ever go late for mr j's class or anything he's in charge of. really. ah fuck. anyway. he didn't scold me, but everyone taught by him knows his "stare". ah. it can make you tremble, and wish the earth would just swallow you up at that moment. anyway. i was damn anxious, that when he passed me the class sheet to sign my name, i was literally shaking. really. it was screwed. i didn't have my watch with me, plus i couldn't see the clock from where i was sitting, so i had no idea how much time i had left. so i just rushed thru everything. i didn't refer to my penal code, mda and women's charter properly, i was basically just guessing the answers. FUCK. argh. i can only hope i do better than pass.

shit. tort. occupier's liability. i still haven't decided if i want to side our client, and the report will be short, or side the defendant and make the report longer, or show both sides, and make the report really long. BAH.

this week will be revision week, so i better be guai and attend ALL my classes. :)
